Hall Let Information, Facilities & Terms of Use
Thank you for your interest in hiring facilities at Erskine Parish Church. Our halls and rooms are available to community groups, businesses, charities and private individuals for a wide range of appropriate activities.
All lets are subject to approval and must align with the safe and responsible use of the building.
Our facilities and pricing
All prices are hourly unless otherwise agreed.
Small Meeting (Session) Room – £20 per hour
A flexible and private space suitable for:
- Small meetings
- Interviews
- Political surgeries
- Tutoring sessions
- Small children’s groups
- Study or support groups
This room is ideal for quieter activities and smaller numbers.
Small Hall – £30 per hour
A versatile space suitable for:
- Children’s parties
- Community group meetings
- Clubs and activity groups
- Staff training sessions
- Workshops or classes
This hall provides flexibility for both seated and active use.
Large Hall – £37.50 per hour
Suitable for larger gatherings including:
- Fitness classes
- Larger community events
- Celebrations
- Markets or exhibitions
- Conferences and training days
The Hub Café £25 to £30 per hour
A welcoming café-style space suitable for:
- Informal gatherings
- Networking meetings
- Community drop-ins
- Small group activities
- Without kitchen facilities: £25 per hour
- With kitchen facilities: £30 per hour
Kitchen use must be agreed in advance.
Sanctuary – £30 per hour
Our Sanctuary is a modern auditorium space suitable for larger gatherings and events. It features a fully equipped 32-channel PA system, wireless microphones, programmed lighting rig and multimedia screens for presentations. We also have multi-cam recording and streaming available in this space.
The space is suitable for:
- Conferences
- School events
- Concerts or performances
- Medium-sized meetings
- Talks and presentations
Use of the sound system, microphones, and multimedia equipment must be arranged in advance and may require a designated operator.
As this is the main worship space of Erskine Parish Church, all activities held in the Sanctuary must be respectful of the character and purpose of the building.

Terms & Conditions, Security and Responsibilities
For the safety of all users and the protection of Church property, the Hirer (Letting Party) is responsible for maintaining secure access to the building throughout the duration of the let.
Closed-Door Security
- All external doors must remain closed at all times during the let.
- Doors must not be propped open.
- Access must be controlled by the Hirer.
An electronic doorbell system is installed at the main entrance. The Hirer will be shown how to operate this system prior to their event. Visitors should gain entry only via this system.
This procedure ensures:
- The safety of children, vulnerable adults and other building users
- Protection of equipment and property
- Controlled access to the premises
